Dream catchers have become extremely popular over the past few years and mass produced ones are available everywhere but at The Craft Parlour handmade and heartfelt is where it's at!
Dream catchers were originally made by indigenous peoples of North America. Grandmothers and mothers made them to hang over sleeping babies and children to protect them from bad dreams.
Come along and enjoy a fun and affordable evening where Kim McKenna from Bright Little Dot will share some knowledge about the traditions and techniques of dream catchers. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with your own ideas to produce something handmade and infused with your love.
This is a perfect workshop to enjoy with your girl gang, daughter or your mum!
Everything will be supplied to make a eight inch dreamcatcher to take home on the night. You are also welcome to bring along any extra beads, feathers or trinkets you wish to use on your creation.
