Some resin art pieces look so good you could eat them, so we were pretty delighted to discover pieces actually exist that you can serve food from. If you're like us and you live, eat and breathe art, you best be joining us for this workshop with Creative, Sheri Vegas.  

Sheri is an abstract artist specializing in Resin Art and Flow acrylic painting. She's passionate about her gig and wants to share her love of resin abstract with you! We love anything involving abstract art and food hehe! 

In Sheri’s resin art homewares workshop, you will not only create your own beautiful resin serving dish and resin handle chopping board, that you will get to take home with you. You will also learn the basics for working with resin as your medium. The workshop will cover safety with resin, equipment guide, mixing mediums, casting resin, essential knowledge with working with resin and Sheri’s must-know tips and tricks.

You'll be able to serve up pretty much anything on these babies, even Jatz crackers, blocks of cheese and green olives will be made to look so ART, dahlingg.

 Please note: We do not recommend this workshop to pregnant women as chemicals in the form of resins are used.

All materials supplied + afternoon tea

Resin needs 24hrs to set all pieces can be collected once dried. 

* Please note we can only keep your resin pieces for 4 weeks, so please don't forget to pick them up!

 

WELCOME TO OUR CRAFTY SPACE!

Please read these carefully to ensure we are on the same page.

COVID- As a small business doing our best to remain sustainable, we are unable to offer refunds in most cases. If however, you are unable to attend class due to a directly Covid-related reason (e.g. the borders being closed, you are feeling unwell), we can offer a credit for you to attend at a later date if we are given at least 7 days notice. This is to ensure we have enough time to pass the ticket onto someone else.

+ If you can not make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund or give credit due to the nature of these workshops. All purchases are final. However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot!

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

These policies are in place as a courtesy to our teachers and staff. We feel this is fair for them as our class sizes are limited, and by purchasing a ticket we:

  • Hold the spot for you
  • Pay the teacher for your spot, and time spent preparing materials
  • Purchase the materials required
  • Prepare morning/afternoon tea

For this reason if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer. In some cases we may be able to give you the materials and instructions to complete at home.


+ All bookings need to be made online, just add the workshop of choice to the cart and you will be taken to the payment gateway.

+ Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so lookout for an automated confirmation email and please make sure you type in the correct email.

+ We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12 month period.

+ Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you and turned others away we can not issue credits or refund if you don't show.
