Your clay journey starts here! If you have been itching to get your hands in some clay this is the perfect opp to learn the basics! Better yet, you'll have a beautiful rustic vase to display proudly in your home and fill with fresh blooms.

We'll be using a beautiful dark gritty clay with a rough texture, very forgiving to work with and resulting in a rustic look. You'll be addicted to the feeling of clay in your hands in no time! Better yet, every piece will be so different with your own unique spin that can not be replicated. Hand building is by far the most relaxing and rewarding hobby, and we hope this will inspire you to start your pottery journey!

Once your vessel has been made Aimee will fire and glaze it for you with a beautiful white speckle glaze. Your vessel will be around 15- 20cm tall and will be completely waterproof. The glaze pairs wonderfully with the clay, allowing it to shine through for a natural organic aesthetic. The glaze pairs wonderfully with the clay, allowing it to shine through for a natural organic aesthetic. 

Aimee has been working with clay for a few years now, it’s since been a passion of hers to show others what a beautifully immersive experience it is, to connect with yourself and others, to truly let go and get muddy! Nature has been Aimee’s constant muse and it shows through her calm, functional and earthy pieces. She will guide you though the process showing you all her tips and tricks to create that shape you will love.


Following the workshop, your pieces will be bisque fired, glazed and glaze fired before being returned for you to collect and treasure within 5 weeks.

You will receive a 3 HR sesh of tuition on hand-building.

 Please read these carefully to ensure we are on the same page.

COVID- As a small business riding a pandemic wave for the past 2 yrs we are constantly trying to evolve and doing our best to remain sustainable.

We understand things can change so fast! If WE have to cancel due to Covid you will be notified of a reschedule and given a credit. A credit never expires and can be redeemed on any class.

If you suddenly find yourself in home quarantine or awaiting a covid test and can’t make your pre booked class we understand that these things are out of everyone’s control and usually with very little notice. Sadly there’s a lot of prep time in getting the class ready and we have turned others away. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or transfers but we can suggest the following.

Send a friend to take your spot!
Gift the ticket to a stranger or post it on your social media.
Collect workshop materials when you are well and do the project at home ( we can not offer this for all classes )

If the class is sold out please email us as we might have a waiting list.

GENERAL CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

  • If you can not make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund, transfer or give credit due to the preparation required for these workshops. All purchases are final. However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot!

These policies are in place as a courtesy to our teachers and staff. We feel this is fair for them as our class sizes are limited, and by purchasing a ticket we:
Hold the spot for you: Pay the teacher for your spot, and time spent preparing materials
Pre -purchase the materials required: Prepare morning/afternoon tea
For this reason if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer. In some cases we may be able to give you the materials and instructions to complete at home.



+ All bookings need to be made online, just add the workshop of choice to the cart and you will be taken to the payment gateway.



+ Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so lookout for an automated confirmation email and please make sure you type in the correct email.



+ We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a class at the same value within a 12 month period.



+ Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you and turned others away we can not issue credits or refund if you don't show.
