OCTOBER 9TH - INTRO TO UKULELE

Aloha, get those double shakas in the air cos we are bringing the island life to the studio!

There's something about the strum of a uke that brings on those nostalgic feels of laying on a stretch of warm white sand, sipping on a fresh cut coconut. Ok, we'll stop now. On a musical note you best be dusting off your uke so you can join us for a jam!

ELMUKULELE is the creation of seasoned musician and songwriter, Erin Harrington (known as artist Miss Elm).  After working at a Ukulele Specialist Store, Erin grew a love of Ukuleles for their simplicity, transportable size, powerful sound and variety. She quickly became the expert on all things Ukulele and developed her own unique sound. She now loves helping others find their creativity through Ukulele and sparking joy in anyone who will listen.

In this workshop, Erin aims to teach you the basics of ukulele in a relaxed and fun setting while learning how you can also use the Uke as a tool for mindfulness and creativity. Perfect for beginners or if you've been meaning to dust off that mahogany Kala!

You'll receive your very own 'getting started' book with some well-known songs, techniques and writing space.

Don't have a uke? Rent one of Erin's for $5 ( choose this option on the drop down menu when adding to cart). Before ya know it you'll be strumming along to dreamboat Jack Johnson!
