If you hate waste, love a pickled condiment or want to know more about preserving seasonal vegetables, this workshop is for you. Grab your girl gang, husband, boyfriend, aunt, uncle and a bottle of red (or whatever non-alcoholic beverage you fancy) and join us for an evening filled with pickling, sipping and relaxing.
Learn how to prepare fresh produce including flavour combinations, the versatile world of aromatics and how to correctly sterilise and reuse jars. Enjoy a selection of tasty possibilities while creating your own customised jar of pickles to take home.
