Did you know that Linda, owner of The Craft Parlour (me!) is also a Learning and Development facilitator and consultant? Creating spaces where people can learn, connect and leave feeling inspired has always been something close to my heart. I truly believe that if you walk away with one new idea, one useful insight, one meaningful connection or one new friend, then it’s time well spent.
That's why we're launching our new Business and Balance Series - relaxed, feel-good sessions designed to nourish the mind and the soul. We'll be collaborating with some incredible local businesses to bring honest conversations, practical ideas and something to support your wellbeing. To keep things intimate, welcoming and genuinely conversational, numbers will be limited. No awkward networking. Just real people with real stories. Who knows, we may even make some connections.
We're excited to kick off the series with these amazing guests:

- Corinne Russell, Founder of Heartfill in Burleigh - a vibrant retail space bursting with colour and creativity.
- Rina Hepworth, Founder of Soul Balance by Rina in Miami - offering kinesiology, reiki and shamanic healing.
What you'll experience
Anna will share how to make the most of your Google Business Profile, one of the most powerful (and often overlooked), free marketing tools for local businesses. As online marketing shifts back towards local intent and community connection, this session will give you practical ways to stand out, plus a simple weekly checklist you can actually stick to.
Corinne will speak candidly about the realities of running a retail business — the highs, the challenges, building a loyal community and staying creatively inspired. She’ll also give us a sneak peek into upcoming interior and styling trends.
Rina will guide us through simple techniques to help calm and regulate our nervous systems, while explaining how kinesiology and reiki can support balance and wellbeing in everyday life. She’ll also be bringing along PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) devices for you to try — designed to help recharge the body, improve circulation and support healing and recovery.

Workshop Terms and Conditions
General
We understand that life moves fast and things can change, so we want to be clear about our terms and conditions up front.
Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so check your email address carefully and look out for an automated confirmation email. If you didn't receive a confirmation email after your payment, check your junk mail. Otherwise, contact us at hello@thecraftparlour.com.au.
Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates and times here through our website. We do not send reminder emails. You have purchased a ticket and we have held this spot for you, purchased materials and turned others away, so we can not issue credits or a refund if you do not attend. Credits or Transfers
You can transfer your ticket to another workshop, providing you give us 7 or more days notice. You can only transfer a ticket once. If the new workshop is a higher cost, you will need to pay the difference. If the new workshop is a lesser cost, we will provide a gift card for the difference.
If there is no suitable workshop, you can transfer your ticket to a gift card. The gift card will be for your ticket price, and is valid for 12 months.
If you can no longer make a class and it is less than 7 days away, we have already purchased materials and it is too late for us to resell your ticket. We encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot or gift someone your ticket and make their day!
In some cases we may be able to give you the materials to complete the workshop at home. Please email us at hello@thecraftparlour.com.au to check.
Refunds
We cannot provide a refund due to changes in your circumstances or availability.
We will offer you the choice of a refund or gift card of the value of the ticket price if we cancel a workshop. The refund or gift card will not exceed the purchase price.
Workshop Cancellations
As you would expect, we have class minimums to meet. If we do not meet them and need to cancel a class, we may do so at any time, usually a day or two before the scheduled workshop.
If we cancel or reschedule your workshop for any reason, you will be offered the choice of another workshop, a refund or a gift card of the value of your ticket price.
Photography and Filming
We may wish to photograph or film the workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other person attending the workshop) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the workshop with you.
Please speak to our artist or host in the studio if you do not wish to be photographed.
