24TH MAY - FRI CLAY SHELL PLATES
We think everyone's home is missing out on these classy seaside-inspired plates!
You will be learning the art of hand-building using ancient pottery techniques to create these beautiful plates which you can also easily turn into an incense holder. You will be using dark brown clay with a variety of sand added to create natural textures. The gritty clay is perfect for hand-building allowing the clay to keep its form.
Once your pieces have been made we will fire and glaze them for you. There will be a selection of either raw (natural) or white speckle glaze. You will have a set of 2 beautiful plates to take home!
Following the workshop, your pieces will be bisque fired, glazed and glaze fired before being returned for you to collect and treasure within 5-6 weeks.
You will receive a 2 HR sesh of tuition on hand-building.

GENERAL CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES @ THE CRAFT PARLOUR
If you can no longer make a class for whatever reason, or you forget to attend, we cannot refund or give a credit due to the time + preparation required for our workshop to run.
All purchases are final.
However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot, gift someone your ticket and make someone’s crafty day.
In some cases we may be able to give you the materials to complete at home. Please email us at hello@thecraftparlour.com.au to check first.
+ All bookings need to be made online, just add the workshop of choice to the cart and you will be taken to the payment gateway. Here, you can apply any gift vouchers or credit codes you have to reduce the purchase price.
+ Your seat is secured once we receive full payment so make sure to type in your email address carefully and look out for an automated confirmation email. If you didn't receive a confirmation email shortly after your payment, check your junk mail. Otherwise, contact us at hello@thecraftparlour.com.au.
+ We have class minimums to meet, if we do not make them and need to cancel a class we may do so at any time and offer you a full refund or a credit to attend a workshop at the same value (including booking fee) within a 12 month period. The refund or credit will not exceed the purchase price of the workshop.
+ Please set a reminder and double-check workshop dates + times here through our website. We do not send reminder emails. Unfortunately, because we have held this spot for you, purchased materials and turned others away we can not issue credits or a refund if you don't show.
